Whispers of the Bound

In the shadowed realm where light and dark intertwine, love becomes both a curse and a salvation. This poem delves into the bond of two souls, bound by fate yet tested by fire, their connection defying mortal law and divine decree alike. Inspired by the mysticism of the cursed poets, it paints a world where passion is a ritual, and every touch carries the weight of eternity. Here lies a love unbroken—hidden in shadows, burning in silence, eternal as the stars.

Beneath the pale moon's mournful veil,

Where dreams and demons softly wail,

A guqin hums in sorrowed tune,

A hymn to love’s forbidden bloom.

Lan Zhan, a pillar carved in stone,

Walks paths where saints and ghosts have flown.

Wei Ying, a tempest fierce, untamed,

Burns bright where virtue feared to claim.

Through spectral mists, their fates entwined,

Two spirits bound yet misaligned.

The red ribbon whispers of sin’s embrace,

A tether to realms time can’t erase.

In darkness deep, their shadows meet,

On silken threads, desire retreats.

A sacred touch, a searing brand,

Marked in fire by each other’s hand.

Their breath, a prayer to stars unseen,

Where flesh and soul form what has been.

Lan Zhan’s still lips to Wei Ying’s throat,

A kiss that drowns where sorrows float.

Night blooms with secrets, raw and rare,

Their love a rite, both cruel and fair.

The lotus spills its petals black,

Yet grows where heavens turn their back.

Through ashen fields, the guqin weeps,

The river’s hymn in silence keeps.

No mortal law could sever or bind,

What binds two hearts transcends the divine.

Oh, cursed and blessed, their tether tight,

A bond of blood, of sin, of light.

Together they burn, forever they fall,

To the edge of time, where shadows call.
